I have been thinking about this a little bit because I remembered how I thought Nocturne's ult was global the first time I played him and that he could just jump to anybody on the map. Whose ult would benefit most from being global? All skillshots are still skillshots, and all on-clicks are still on-clicks. Imagine being able to cast Lissandra's ult into bot lane from top lane, or Fiddlesticks's crowstorm being able to teleport you anywhere on the map. Maybe Rumble being able to drop an Equalizer wherever he wants. What would be the most silly?

fizz's ult would be pretty cool global cuz then you could start playing the jaws theme music every time you ulted

Kayle global ult would be pretty broken, so would Nautilus ult. Imagine the terror of knowing you're marked but not knowing when the ult is actually going to get to you. Vi and Caitlyn would also be pretty strong, same with Zed, Akali, and Sona.

I thought nami's ult was going to be global when it first came out... a huge tidal wave would just cross the entire map knocking up all opponents when it hit and slowing/speeding all champs. It would be sick!!!!

I wonder what Veigar's ult would be like. Does damage to everyone based on their AP. Not much on most, but it would destroy all AP guys anywhere on the map. Such fun

Kassadin's Ult would be so silly if it were global. He would always get away! But it would be nice if nunu could place his ult somewhere not directly under his feet. Maybe not globally, but in a general area like Anivia can.
